Welcome to McKenzie Homes LLC. We are a full service company building affordable homes in Manatee, Sarasota and South Hillsborough counties on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast. The majority of homes we build are "on-your-lot," but we also have existing homes and homesites available today in some of the area's premier new home communities.
